At Decathlon she drives strategy, analytics, performance, and finance transformation. Prior to Decathlon, Divya was Global Digital CFO and Chief Data & Analytics Officer at IKEA. She has served on boards and committees, and held leadership roles in Capgemini.
Dr. Ajit Sharma has worked at the intersection of robotics and AI since the early 2000s. With 12 years in industry at FANUC Robotics, Xerox, and GM, he later transitioned to academia. A PhD from Ross School of Business, he has taught at Carnegie Mellon and now Wayne State University. His research spans AI, robotics, business analytics, and sustainability. A co-author in Prof. C.K. Prahalad’s acclaimed book, The Fortune at the Bottom of the Pyramid, he mentors LIME Lab, a nonprofit training girls in robotics. Previously, he spent 18+ years at Standard Chartered Bank, holding key leadership roles, including Managing Director, Operational Excellence & COO. Ravi also held leadership roles at General Electric, Asian Paints, and Mahindra & Mahindra. Darshan Mehta is the Managing Director of Reliance Brands Limited.
